Job summary

Archipelago Companies is seeking a Sales Expert in Newport Beach to deliver premium guest experiences and build lifelong relationships with melin customers. You will manage opening/closing routines, cash handling, and daily revenue while maintaining store standards and product knowledge.

The role requires at least one year in retail sales, strong communication skills, and a flexible, energetic, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in sales and merchandising (preferably retail goods) with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Shows elevated communication skills and can tailor style to suit the audience.
• Strong independent work ethic with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following standard operating procedures.
• Manage the cash drawer, daily revenue and POS procedures.
• Provide premium customer service and build lasting rapport with guests.
• Restock, back‑of‑house operations, and store maintenance as directed by management.
• Engage customers, communicate product knowledge, and upsell where appropriate.
• Support a fast-paced retail environment with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude.
