LOFT in San Jose, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences, driving a profitable business through exceptional service, strong operations, and community engagement.

You will coach your team to reach their full potential, hire and train talent, and ensure a welcoming in-store and omnichannel shopping experience while managing opening/closing duties and store profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service-industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies to drive results.

Responsabilités
