Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail setting
• Experience in inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling
• Food Safety Manager Certification (state-required) or ability to obtain upon hire
• Proficiency with POS and back-office systems (S2K, EPOS, time clock)

Responsibilities

• Hold Customer Service Representatives accountable for measurable results in delivering excellent service
• Manage location to maintain acceptable customer service scores and feedback
• Ensure retail environment is visually appealing and stock levels are adequate
• Train and supervise staff in food safety handling and procedures
• Administer company policies, evaluate performance, and manage staffing within budget
• Oversee inventory processes, invoices, and back-office data entry
• Operate daily systems (S2K, EPOS, time clock) and carry out other duties as assigned
