Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or fuel environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience in inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Food Safety Manager Certification (state-required) or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Proficiency with POS and back-office systems (S2K, EPOS, time clock).

Responsibilities

• Must hold Customer Service Representatives accountable to the measurable results associated with excellent customer service.
• Responsible for managing the location consistently towards acceptable customer service scores, feedback, and results.
• Understand and administer company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate employee performance and promote successful employee development.
• Ensure proper staffing at the location and report needs to the District Operations Manager.
• Assist with employee retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory practices, input delivery invoices into the back-office system.
