MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Break Time Store Manager to oversee a Missouri Break Time convenience store. You will recruit, hire, and train staff, drive excellent customer service, and manage store sales, inventory, and daily operations.

You will lead the team to deliver safe, friendly service and achieve performance goals. Qualified candidates have prior leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Formación

• Prior management/leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance for bank deposits and transportation.
• Ability to perform calculations and manage inventory.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use a computer.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and lead store team during peak hours.
• Oversee daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and fuel management.
• Execute merchandising and sales programs; price and stock merchandise; promote promotions.
• Supervise staff, schedule, train, motivate, and conduct evaluations.
• Understand store finances, control expenses, and perform audits.
