Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Break Time Store Manager to lead a convenience store team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service. You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff, balance cash and inventories, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior management/leadership experience
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and daily reporting
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers; support peak hours.
• Oversee daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and fuel management.
• Execute merchandising and promotions; ensure pricing and stock.
• Supervise employees: scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Manage store finances, losses, audits, and expense control.
• Lead teamwork and ensure regulatory compliance; may cover other Break Time locations.
• Utilize store technology for calculations, shift reports, and scheduling.
• Follow company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
