Qualifications

• Prior management/leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability to work and/or support all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and encouraging the store team to do the same; greet and thank each customer and provide fast and friendly service.
• Oversee all aspects of store operation including daily reporting, banking, inventory, bookkeeping, and fuel management; maintain clean, safe, and well-running facility.
• Execute food programs including promoting food service and safety; promote merchandising and sales opportunities.
• Supervise store employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations; enforce policies and safety requirements.
• Understand and manage store finances; control shortages and expenses; participate in audits.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team; maintain professional conduct and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Utilize store technology; perform change calculations, shift reports, and inventory checks.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
