Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Experience in destination-style retail environment.
• 1+ years of management in a sales or customer service retail environment.
• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• 3+ years in destination-style retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to exceed sales targets and store goals.
• Resolve escalations and build strong customer relationships.
• Uphold Spectrum brand standards and deliver outstanding service.
• Assess sales behaviors and drive improvements with management.
• Identify issues and develop strategies to improve store performance.
• Provide subject matter expertise on store functions, pricing, promotions and service features.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory management and staffing while minimizing losses.
• Onboard, train and retain top talent; manage schedules.
• Deliver daily coaching and feedback to promote high performance.
• Enforce company policies including inventory and cash management.
