Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff to hit sales targets, manage daily store operations, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining an inviting, well-kept store that reflects Spectrum’s brand.

You will recruit and develop team members, drive customer retention, and oversee inventory controls to minimize losses and support store success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years Sales/Customer Service experience.
• Preferred: 1+ year Management experience; 2–3 years Telecommunications/wireless experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Sales Training certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales retention by coaching staff to build customer relationships and resolve escalations.
• Recruit, train and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and policy compliance.

• Oversee inventory control and audits to minimize losses and keep the store running smoothly.
