Meineke Car Care Centers is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales performance while ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have proven retail leadership, strong math for budgets and financial reports, and experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
Train, mentor, and recruit new staff members to build a high-performing team.
Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Implement effective time management strategies to optimize store performance.
Negotiate with vendors for stock procurement and pricing agreements.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
Foster a welcoming environment by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
