Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain a sales-building culture with merchandising programs and weekly plans.
• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction and front-end service.
• Be accountable for achieving budgeted financial results.
• Protect assets and conduct weekly audits of front-end, receiving and pricing.
• Control store expenses, including wage percent management.
• Staff the store, forecast needs, recruit and train; develop hi-potential staff.
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular reviews with staff.
• Maintain awareness through frequent store walks and condition checks.
• Train and develop store management, especially co-managers.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards across the store.
• Foster positive morale and a selling culture among employees.
• Provide clear communications to District Manager, support staff, and team.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies (ALI audits).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain a safe facility for customers and employees.
