IGA is hiring a Store Manager for W Lee flowers, home of IGA Southeast and Kj’s Market. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction in a family-owned regional chain.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, merchandising, shrink control, safety, and compliance, while building a high-morale team and delivering profitable results across all departments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years progressive supermarket management experience.

Mansioni

• Implements in-store sales-building culture with merchandising programs and weekly sales plans.
• Provides for customer satisfaction with front-end service focus.
• Accountable for achieving budgeted financial results.
• Protects company assets including merchandise, cash, facilities and equipment; conducts weekly audits.
• Controls store expenses including wage percent per budget.
• Responsible for staffing, forecasting, recruitment, and development of hi-potential staff.
• Ensures staff understand performance expectations and conducts reviews.
• Conducts store walks to monitor conditions and opportunities.
• Trains and develops store management, especially co-managers.
• Maintains sanitation and food safety standards store-wide.
• Creates positive morale through supervisory practices and recognition.
• Maintains effective communications with District Manager, support staff and employees.
• Ensures store compliance with company standards (ALI audits).
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Maintains a safe facility for customers and employees.
