Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Develop product knowledge to answer queries and make recommendations.
• Address complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Monitor stock levels and order merchandise as needed.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store employees.
