Job summary

Reformation in Boulder, CO is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue while upholding brand standards. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will oversee staffing, training, client experience, inventory controls, and visual merchandising to deliver exceptional service.

You will guide the team to meet sales goals, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with retail labor laws, while fostering a collaborative, customer-first culture aligned with Reformation's

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Retail Experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience required.
• Experience with sales or retail organizational operations.
• Knowledge of Retail Labor Laws.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Own operational execution to meet revenue targets while balancing budget.
• Provide coaching to staff and lead the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Hire, train, and develop store team across all areas of the business.
• Lead merchandising presentation and maintain inventory controls.
• Ensure implementation of brand standards and product reporting to inform allocations.
• Maintain payroll efficiency and scheduling to optimize staffing.
• Drive a high-NPS customer experience and cultivate loyal clients.
• Collaborate with Regional Director and corporate partners for continuous improvement.
