Role

The Store Manager is responsible for managing and operating a single store, ensuring all systems, methods, and procedures are followed. The focus is on achieving sales goals by maximizing resources while maintaining the brand's integrity and image.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Store Sales Goals
• Control Store expenses
• Provide exemplary client service through staff monitoring, assessment, and coaching
• Ensure stock fill-in and assortment purchase to meet store goals
• Maintain merchandise presentation aligned with collection direction to maximize sales
• Oversee store presentation, maintenance, housekeeping, professionalism, and organization
• Ensure smooth operations through confident decision-making
• Manage inventory control
• Lead staff management, coaching, and development
• Recruit top candidates
• Dedicate 25% of time to staff training and development, including product knowledge, client service, and teamwork
• Create a positive environment fostering morale and team spirit
• Manage scheduling to ensure proper store coverage
• Conduct weekly store meetings and daily briefings
• Recommend sales and marketing strategies
• Maintain effective communication with clients, staff, and corporate

Profile

• 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Collaborative and proactive attitude

The salary range is $130,000 - $140,000 plus variable commission. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k), FSA plans, and more. Compensation depends on education, experience, and industry knowledge.
