Responsibilities and Duties:
•Promote and sell cosmetic raw materials in the U.S. beauty market; follow up with existing customers and actively identifyand develop new and potential accounts.
•Manage and nurture customer relationships effectively, and set realistic, attainable sales targets.
• Travel a minimum of 30% for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
• Represent Winkey at appropriate trade shows, conferences, and expositions, presenting our products and solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
• Conduct research on customers, competitors, applications, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree or above in Fine/Industrial Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry.
•Outgoing, engaging personality with the ability to build strong client rapport; excellent negotiation and communication skills, coupled with a high sense of responsibility and self‑motivation.
• Proven track record of success in sales or sales management.
• Competency in business English for formal communication via email, letters, and presentations.
• Valid documentation permitting international travel.
