LOCATION: 3333 Bristol Street Space 2071 (Upper Level), Costa Mesa, CA 92626 (South Coast Plaza)

SALARY RANGE FOR EXECUTIVE KITCHEN MANAGER: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 annual base salary, plus eligibility for the annual incentive plan based on individual and company performance.

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits. Your recruiter can share more information about the salary range and other factors during the hiring process.

JOB PURPOSE: Executive Kitchen Managers provide clear vision and execution for the growth of their store. They set sales and production goals, delegate tasks to the back of house team, and collaborate with senior management. Their focus is on managing operations, ensuring food quality, inventory, and controlling costs related to product and labor. They also build strong leadership within their store to support other stores and the corporate team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR EXECUTIVE KITCHEN MANAGER:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, training, and/or education
  • Flexible work schedule, including working a minimum of 5 days per week and 9 hours per day; schedule may vary based on business needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Email
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with management and team members
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and speed
