Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Manager located in Costa Mesa, CA. The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing tax planning, tax compliance, and tax preparation. Daily tasks include researching tax laws, preparing tax filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations, and developing tax strategies to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Skills in Tax Planning, Tax Compliance (both Federal and State) and Tax Preparation
• Strong knowledge of Tax Law and regulations
• Experience with tax research and filing processes
• Experience with partnership accounting and taxation highly preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually
• 5-6 years' experience in tax compliance and planning required, preferably with a real estate related company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field; CPA certification required
• Proficiency with Excel and knowledge of MRI software highly desired
