Job summary

Luna Wireless is hiring a Retail Store Manager in Huntsville to lead by example and empower a team to deliver top customer experiences. You will oversee all store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets protection and leadership.

You will be the primary contact for employees and drive store performance. We seek candidates with hustle and ambition, bilingual Spanish preferred but not required, and a strong track record in wireless retail leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets protection, and team leadership.
• Drive sales and manage labor controls, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Provide coaching and development through observations and feedback.
• Ensure a neat, organized store environment and exceptional customer service.
