Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Saint Peters, Missouri locations.

You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, ensure customer service excellence, and manage staff to deliver profitability across one or more locations. You will oversee cash handling, compliance with federal/state regulations, and performance metrics while partnering with the District Director of Operations to recruit and onboard new assistant managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and resolve issues.
• Escalate issues to District Director of Operations when unable to resolve.
• Handle and process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Count and manage currency, cash deposits, and bank-related tasks; balance batches with sales reports.
• Balance cash receipts and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Coordinate operations, development, and training to achieve store targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores within the district.
• Assist with recruiting, selection, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
