Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. in Denton, TX seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, ensure outstanding customer service, and lead store staff across cash handling, sales, and compliance.

You will manage scheduling, training, and district-level recruitment support, coordinate store performance metrics, and ensure adherence to policy while upholding our values of accountability and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in an autonomous environment, and provide store level leadership.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with policy and possess a valid Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance.
• Ability and willingness to embody our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Interact with customers, using active listening skills, to confirm or clarify information and diffuse customer complaints; escalate when needed.
• Respond professionally to general questions, customer applications, requests, sales, courtesy, and collection calls in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer, deposits, safe transfers, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per company policy.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and Company policies; complete trainings.
• Coordinate operations, development, and training for store metric targets; manage staff scheduling and store coverage.
• Support recruiting, selection, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers in the district.
• Other duties as assigned.
