Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit and staff to support store needs.
• Knowledge of cash handling and deposit controls.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with merchandising and stocking according to store guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management, losses, markdowns and records.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Participate in opening and closing activities.
• Maintain cash controls and deposit procedures.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked store.
• Review operating statements for trends and opportunities.
• Complete paperwork according to deadlines.
