Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
• Knowledge of legal compliance and internal processes.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle varied situations with limited standardization.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and proper pricing/presentation.
• Assist in inventory management and prepare inventories.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Follow company procedures and policies as outlined in manuals.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure secure handling of cash and bank deposits.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and safe environment.
• Operate store in store manager's absence.
• Review operating statements for trends and opportunities.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation on time.
