Job summary

KnitWell Group in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Regular/Full-time Store Manager to lead store operations with a guest-first mindset. You will hire and coach the team, manage opening/closing, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will analyze reporting, develop strategic plans, and promote a positive, inclusive environment across the store to meet goals and growth opportunities. This role is based at Garden State Plaza, Paramus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates
• Strong people management and talent development
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system
• Strong business acumen to develop strategies and action plans

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment delivering exceptional experiences
• Inspire, educate, and coach associates to embody brand behaviors
• Use reporting to oversee store profitability, budgeting, and payroll
• Hire and build an effective store team through training and coaching
• Open and close the store and manage day-to-day operations
