You will work with the Store Manager to lead a dynamic fashion retail team, analyze sales, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining store operations.

The position requires 1–2+ years of retail management, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and comfort with lifting up to 20 lbs.
