LOFT is seeking a Store Manager for Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ. You will lead the customer and associate experiences, drive profitability, and maintain visual standards while building a strong community presence.

In this role, you will hire and coach a high-performing team, optimize operations, payroll, and budgeting, and ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for guests. Previous store-management or service-industry experience is preferred.

• 2+ years of retail Store Manager or service industry experience.
• Hospitality mindset in customer and colleague interactions.
• Strong people management and talent development.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
