Job summary

The Exchange in Dover, DE is seeking an experienced retail operations manager to plan, direct, and optimize merchandising, selling, stocking, and reordering of goods while meeting volume standards.

You will lead staff, set financial goals, monitor customer satisfaction, and ensure 24/7/365 coverage on shifts as required for the on-site role at Dover AFB.

Qualifications

• Three years of retail management experience within last five years.
• Bachelor's degree and one year of retail management experience within the last five years.
