Job summary

The Exchange in Dallas is seeking an experienced retail operations leader to drive strategy and oversee performance across multiple store functions. You will liaise between corporate leadership and frontline teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and consistent customer experiences.

You will lead, guide, and oversee assigned associates, ensuring operational effectiveness and adherence to policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of progressive management experience in retail operations and/or retail program support.
• OR
• Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of progressive management experience in retail operations and/or retail program support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between HQ and field leadership to remove barriers and improve execution.
• Should have knowledge of RMDS, 1010, Hyperion, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, & Power BI.

Salary Minimum

$110,340.00

Major Duties

Establish and maintain standardized business processes. Monitor performance outcomes and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements to improve efficiency, consistency, and operational effectiveness.

Manage customer experience programs and initiatives that promote a consistent, customer‑centric shopping environment across retail operations.

Lead cross‑functional collaboration to implement strategic initiatives and operational priorities, align business objectives, remove barriers, and enhance operational performance.

Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and develop recommendations that enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives to support modernization efforts and operational enhancements across retail operations.

Performs other duties as assigned.
