Job summary

The Exchange is offering a management training opportunity in New York region. You will learn facility operations under experienced supervision while supporting daily retail functions, customer service, staffing, and training.

The program develops leadership and financial acumen for a future retail management role. Selected candidates must be mobile and open to relocation to Exchange locations in the Eastern Region upon program completion.

Qualifications

• Selected associates must affirm mobility and be available for assignment at any Exchange location upon program completion.
• Mobility is required and relocation to any Exchange location within the Eastern Region may be needed.
• Eligible candidates may receive relocation benefits for post program placement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of a retail facility following Exchange policies, procedures, safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Participate in structured training to develop operational, leadership, and supervisory competencies.
• Support customer service operations by promoting service standards and assisting in the resolution of customer concerns.
• Assist with financial and business operations, including monitoring sales performance, supporting inventory control, cash handling, and expense management.
• Collaborate with Exchange leadership to identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adaptability while acquiring the knowledge and skills for progression into a permanent retail management position.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The role supports daily retail operations while gaining hands on experience in supervision, merchandising, customer service, staffing, and training.
