FirstCash is seeking a Retail Store Manager in North Carolina to oversee day-to-day store operations, lead a team, and drive profitability. You will manage customer relations, protect assets, and implement company policies across jewelry and general merchandise stores, including firearms in applicable locations.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor and assist in the training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and asset protection.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and loan safety.
• Administer store processes: inventory, loans, merchandising, store systems, and reporting.
• Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through clear goals.
• Maintain operating standards to meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes for value and integrity.
• Communicate with employees to align with mission and profit objectives.
• Remain up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Other related duties as assigned.
