You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a team, manage customer relations, and drive financial results. Qualified candidates will have prior supervision experience, strong cash handling skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Willing and able to operate and learn POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Develop and motivate store employees, recruit top talent and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory and asset protection procedures.
• Analyze store financials to drive profitability and meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with FirstCash standards and loan/buy processes.
