Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager in the United States. You will lead day-to-day store operations, coach staff, recruit top talent, and drive profitability while maintaining a customer-centric environment across jewelry, tools, electronics, and more.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage, possibilité of a substantial bonus based on store performance, and comprehensive benefits. You will report to the District Manager and work a flexible retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Store Managers will work 45+ hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers so their development meets the prescribed FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company-prescribed channels.
• Opens and closes the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, and ensures procedures protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control, safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
• Administer processes and procedures within the store, including inventory, loan management, merchandising, and reporting.
• Evaluate the store's financial statements and drive profitability through goal-setting.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure value and integrity of all loans issued.
