Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise, coach and develop store staff.
• Proven cash handling and POS system experience.

• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, count cash and merchandise, safeguard assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and loan management.
• Analyze store financial statements and drive profitability.
• Maintain store standards and monitor loan qualification processes.
• Communicate clearly with employees about goals and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and internal policies.
