Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of advice and service colleagues in achieving store objectives and legendary customer experience.
• Provides day-to-day team leadership and direction to ensure personalized service and compliant operations.
• Oversees complex sales advice activities across multiple steps and systems.
• Drives product recommendations based on customer needs and knowledge of banking products.
