Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is seeking a Store Manager to lead an automotive service and tire location, owning the customer experience, team development, financial results, safety, and daily operations.

You will recruit, hire, onboard, and coach staff, set performance expectations, analyze KPIs, drive revenue and labor efficiency, manage inventory, and partner with district leadership on growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Strong track record in sales, operations, and leadership.
• Experience with store performance metrics, budgets, or P&L results.
• Proficient in POS systems and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience and build long-term relationships.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance and retention.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safety-focused environment.
• Analyze store metrics and implement action plans to meet targets (sales, car count, GP, labor, etc.).
• Own store-level P&L and drive revenue, labor efficiency, cost control, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS and handle returns/warranty tracking.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism; coordinate with District leadership.
• Serve as primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
