Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager to lead the on-site team at our TX location. You will be responsible for delivering a top-tier customer experience, driving sales growth, managing the P&L, and overseeing daily store operations.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, set performance expectations, and partner with district leadership to maintain safety and service excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Strong track record of sales, operations, and team leadership.
• Ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience managing store performance, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and execute action plans to meet targets (sales, car count, gross profit, labor, inventory).
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue, labor efficiency, cost control, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, including receiving, invoicing, returns, and warranty tracking.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with District leadership and Customer Care.
• Serve as primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
• Keep store clean, safe, organized, and compliant with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
