Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in the United States. You'll drive sales, manage staff schedules, and ensure top-tier customer service while meeting payroll and budget goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Assist customers for personal sales and resolve complaints to ensure loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
