Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure retention.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and drive store sales and promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty to deliver results for teammates, customers and the company.
• Understand sourcing channels and competitors for tire products.
• Track payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Keep financial records and information current.
• Schedule and assign staff based on skill levels.
• Participate in paid training to stay current with industry developments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with received service and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
