Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead store performance in a dynamic retail environment. Expect a flexible schedule with 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, to meet business needs.

Pay range at Bridgestone: $55,170.00 - $93,780.00. BSRO offers competitive compensation and benefits, with focus on training, holidays, and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales management experience with a track record of driving store performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to customer issues.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Customer retention through personal sales and service excellence.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication abilities.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive store sales.

• Maintain payroll, budgets, and financial records.
