Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt leadership Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive sales. The role requires managing staff, payroll, budgets, and scheduling while delivering top-notch customer service and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• 2 year college degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive store sales and promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty, creating measurable results for teammates and the company.
• Manage payroll, budgeting, store goals and scheduling to optimize performance.
• Lead, schedule and develop staff; monitor inventory and merchandising displays.
• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with automotive service industry developments.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
