Job summary

Total Tool, a NEFCO company, seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll manage Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery Driver roles while ensuring safety and efficiency across floor and back-end processes.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm. The role emphasizes coaching, inventory control, and strong communication to drive performance and customer satisfaction at our Florida location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience required.
• Experience managing a team in construction or industrial settings preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to keep the team informed.
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage branch employees in Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery Driver roles.
• Foster a customer-focused environment through product knowledge and service standards.
• Ensure sales floor and warehouse are well-stocked, organized, clean, and efficient.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily cycle counts.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and actively recruit top talent.
• Lead by example by performing all store functions as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote daily employee engagement.

What You Will Do:

Requirements

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• Experience managing, mentoring and coaching a team of employees.
• 3+ years of previous management experience is required.
• Construction or industrial experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep your team informed and connected.
• Highly motivated.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
