The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their store, ensuring smooth and effective functioning. This includes managing scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety. The manager will also develop, motivate, and manage store employees, as well as create business strategies to meet goals and increase sales in a competitive marketplace. The role involves growing the company's market share by serving large, commercial clients such as paint contractors, along with retail customers.
This position's typical schedule is 48 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
