Job Summary

Responsible for the daily operations of a location and delivering a best-in-class experience for the store team and customers. Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and motivation to the retail sales team to deliver a superior customer experience and achieve sales goals. Promote a performance-based culture, act as a mentor, and foster employee development. Collaborate with other store leaders and staff to create synergies and meet operational goals. Maintain an environment aligned with planograms and branding collateral. Manage inventory effectively, including stocking, returning, and organizing. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of company products, services, sales processes, and customer engagement.

Core Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and service metrics through supervision, coaching, and performance management of the retail team.
  • Coach and develop store team members to perform at a high level.
  • Support onboarding, provide feedback, and ensure training is on track.
  • Ensure store environment follows planograms and branding standards; maintain customer demos.
  • Oversee daily sales responsibilities, including staffing, scheduling, and customer escalations.
  • Drive operational consistency, evaluate processes for improvements.
  • Lead inventory cycle counts and monitor reports for sales, inventory, cash handling, and NPS improvements.
  • Coach team on product positioning and customer service standards.
  • Stay current on products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Administer cash handling policies.
  • Utilize tools to monitor feedback and improve the store experience.
  • Understand sales compensation plans and address team questions.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including the operations manager.
  • Physical requirements: carry and lift up to 25 pounds, stand and move about the store.
  • Consistent attendance, flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications
  • High School/GED required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required if combined with experience.
Additional Information

Salary range: $17.67 - $29.45 per hour, with potential commission earnings. Benefits include competitive rewards and support for physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
