Pembroke & Co. is seeking a Restaurant Store Manager to blend hands-on leadership with daily operations, driving guest service and brand standards in a busy QSR setting.

You will recruit and train team members, manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and keep labor and food costs in check, while delivering a first-class guest experience and growing sales.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a QSR or restaurant is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
• Basic math, problem-solving and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.

• Team Leadership: Manage recruiting, hiring and training of team members; build a positive, accountable team culture; provide ongoing feedback and recognize performance.
• Operations & Guest Experience: Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service; maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety; ensure proper staffing for smooth shifts.
• Business & Financial Performance: Drive sales and execute local marketing; control labor, food costs, and cash handling; review performance and take action to improve results.
• Administrative & Operational Support: Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering; forecast staffing and business needs; complete basic reporting and admin tasks.

Position Overview

Supporting a renowned QSR brand, the Restaurant Store Manager role blends hands-on leadership, daily operations, and business performance – giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day.

This position entails a 5.5 day work week, with Sundays being required. The brand's peak hours are during lunch & dinner. There are growth opportunities within 1-year of employment as the portfolio continues to grow. Candidates who need to relocate will be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members
