Ensures proper staffing, maintains inventory accuracy, and oversees ordering, stocking, and presentation of merchandise. Provides exceptional customer service, maintains a clean and safe environment, and enforces company policies and safety standards. Evaluates financial performance using operating statements and manages expenses, shrink, and stock levels. Ensures store security through cash handling and key controls. Facilitates effective communication with staff and supports their development while fostering teamwork. Adheres to legal labor practices and company procedures.
