Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage store opening and closing, staffing levels, and safety protocols.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Order merchandise to meet stock targets and oversee inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation, signage, and pricing adhere to standards.
  • Maintain cash handling and security procedures, ensuring financial integrity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive store environment.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper tool/equipment availability.
  • Complete documentation accurately and timely, following company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Ability to read, interpret documents, and perform basic math calculations.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts up to 55 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods.
  • May require bilingual skills in Spanish depending on location.
