Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a store operations leader to manage all aspects of store performance, including coaching teammates, merchandising, and promotional activities. The role drives sales, customer satisfaction, and loyalty while ensuring payroll and budgets are met.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and training to stay current with automotive service developments, while maintaining records and delivering excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem-solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling and merchandising displays.
• Assist customers for personal sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive vehicles.

Position Summary

Responsible for every aspect of the store operation, which includes selecting, coaching and developing store teammates as well as merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.

Pay Range: $55,170.00 - $93,780.00

Minimum Qualifications
