Position Summary

Store Managers are exempt leaders responsible for maintaining a flexible schedule that supports business needs. This position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, typically across five days, and includes weekend work. Additional hours may be required based on staffing, customer demand and store performance.

Pay Range: $64,365.00 – $109,410.00

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and drive store sales and promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty, delivering results for teammates, customers, and the company.
• Understand alternative tire sourcing and monitor competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Maintain current records and relevant financial information.
• Manage, schedule and assign staff according to skill level.
• Attend paid training to stay up to date with automotive service developments.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude for managing inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Ability to assist customers for personal sales and handle complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive company vehicles.
