Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all facets of store operation, coaching and developing teammates, merchandising and promotions, and driving sales performance.

The role requires managing payroll, scheduling, budgets and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards. Pay range is $33.89–$57.61 per hour, with benefits and ongoing training available.

Qualifications

• Retail sales management experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills for handling customer complaints.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Capable of assisting customers with sales and resolving concerns to ensure loyalty.
• Excellent teamwork and customer communication abilities.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid automobile driver's license to operate customer and company vehicles.

Position Summary

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 year college degree or equivalent.
