Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Store Manager for a Northern California location to lead daily store operations and drive sales, labor performance, and profitability. You will develop department managers, ensure policy compliance, and uphold customer service standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years in store management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A relocation package and comprehensive benefits are offered; schedule is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with Sundays and Tuesdays off.

The schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Sundays and Tuesdays off. A relocation package is available for qualified candidates, and the company provides a comprehensive benefits package.
